Kate Moss has testified via video link at the Johnny Depp versus Amber Heard trial.

Her testimony under oath took less than 3 minutes after being called as a witness by Johnny's legal team.  She was asked to identify herself for the record, where she resides and how she knows Mr.Depp.  Kate said she had a romantic relationship with Johnny Depp for 4 years between 1994 and 1998.

She was asked about a holiday they went on to Jamaica and spoke about the stair fall. She said there had been some heavy rainfall and she slipped on the steps and hurt her back.  Johnny was ahead of her on the stairs and came running back to assist her and carried her back to their room, getting medical attention.

She added "He has never pushed me, kicked me or thrown me down any stairs".

Amber's legal team objected when Kate was asked why she chose to testify today, the first time she had even testified in a legal case.
