Ballymaloe trained chef Fiona Staunton chats to Trina Mara about her 6-week virtual cooking course that can help alleviate symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. It starts on April 27th.
The 90 minute sessions will run every Wednesday evening from April 27th with recording options available. The virtual menopause cooking programme is one of many online series run by Fiona’s Food for Life.
