Blonde has dropped out of the top 10 Netflix films in the US.

Released on the streaming platform in late September, the biopic only spent three days at top spot. It was reported earlier this week that the Andrew Dominik biopic was missing from the top 10 chart.

Starring Ana de Armas, the controversial biopic has been described as a "reimaging" of Marilyn Monroe's life, based on the novel by Joyce Carol Oates.

“Blonde boldly reimagines the life of one of Hollywood’s most enduring icons, Marilyn Monroe. From her volatile childhood as Norma Jeane, through her rise to stardom and romantic entanglements, Blonde blurs the lines of fact and fiction to explore the widening split between her public and private selves", a synopsis reads.

According to a report, the most popular Netflix US show is Lukiest Girl Alive, starring Mila Kunis, with a 43% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Blonde remains in the UK Top 10, behind Old People and Goosebumps.
