The Walt Disney Company have confirmed plans for a string of exhibitions, experiences and concerts to take place, in honour of their 100th birthday next year.

These celebrations will feature a European Concert, with Disney touring with the Hollywood Sound Orchestra.

The event titled Disney 100 Years of Wonder, was previewed in London by TV presenter Emma Willis, and featuring Andrea McLean, Rachel Stevens and Kimberley Wyatt.

This event will also bring to life music from fan favourite films including Beauty and the Beast, Encanto and Mary Poppins. Star solo artists will also perform scores from classic films scenes and the orchestra.

Disney also confirmed plans to open its doors to a brand new multi sensory experience titled Wonder of Friendship. This will feature a four room installation, immersing the audience in the worlds of the characters, including the Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, and Lilo and Stitch.

An exibition will also be created which will take Disney lovers on a journey through the company's history. They can also access the vault to showcase rarely seen artwork, props, costumes, as well as other memorabilia.
