The latest Gino D'Acampo one liner could land the TV chef in hot water and not the boiling water he is accustomed to in the kitchen!

On Tuesday's episode of This Morning, presenters Holly Willoughby and Philip Scofield were left in shock at the latest Gino outburst.

During the episode, 2009 I'm A Celeb winner Gino stood in the studio kitchen and tried to explain the Italian dessert Tiramisu and used Holly's body to explain the map of Italy.

It was at this point that Phil Scofield said, "I'm a bit concerned if he's going to talk about Sicily here, of course making a joke that Sicily is down below".

To which Gino replied, "No, Sicily is all the way down there. He continued: "If your belly button is Rome... well, I was born in Naples but I went to school where the Vesuvius is, so it's more inland".

He then went on to utter the outrageous sentence, "So I can technically say that I spent my youth training and playing around your vagina".

"Oh My GOD!"

Both presenters were stunned by this D'Acampo line. "Oh my GOD!", they both gasped.

Gino claimed, "There's nothing wrong with that".

Well you can imagine how viewers of the show responded.

"Gino is a total pig ! It isnt what he said its the fact that it was deemed ok to say it to holly live on the tv. Talk about vaginas all you want but dont make it personal to a married woman who is trying to do her job. Its not funny and its not clever", one viewer wrote.

Another added, "It isn't what he said its the fact that it was deemed ok to say it to holly live on the tv. Talk about vaginas all you want but don't make it personal to a married woman who is trying to do her job. Its not funny and its not clever".

Another fan of the show also tweeted,  "If someone said this to you in any workplace it just wouldn't be acceptable" and a fourth wrote: "Appalling behaviour, Gino attempting to sexually humiliate/embarrass Holly Willoughby live on television. Vile".
