A new, spooky treasure trail for all the family to enjoy has been added to Tayto Park and After Dark returns for the late -night opening.

Tayto Park is the place to be this Halloween with the addition of their latest, spooky attraction, the Tricky Trail. The 45-minute, spooky trail is said to be the ultimate Halloween treasure hunt for kids, where they can expect spooky stories, spell casting, and many more magical performances. The spooky trail will capture the imagination of all kids, even us big ones, with “fun and interactive games and play for all ages”.

Collect your Tricky Trail Map to uncover the lost items hidden in secret locations, find your very own trick or treat bag, and await some “trick or treat treasure”. Two choices await you in the Haunted Halls; earn transportation to another realm by singing and dancing or, brave the Scare Chair for frightful family photo opportunity before the trail begins.

Visit Scarecrows Barn and Vampires Castle before entering the Freaky Forrest and Witches Layer for some spook-tacular fun. Continue through the Hay Bales Maze and Wandering Walkthrough before spooky storytelling and stories of mystery at Hatter’s Hut. When you have gathered all lost items from their hidden locations, you are transported back to the Tayto Park Tricky Trail Treat Tent and collect the ultimate trick or treat goody bag!

Meanwhile, After Dark returns tomorrow for another late-night opening of 6pm to 10pm so you can also enjoy a Halloween night out with friends and family. However, all tickets must be pre-booked from the Tayto Park website to manage safe numbers and to ensure social distancing, so book yours fast! Guests can catch a ride on seven thrill seeking attractions including Europe’s largest inverted wooden rollercoaster, the Cú Chulainn Coaster.

Although Tayto Park After Dark does not include the spooky attractions on offer for small kids, the big kids will love amusements such as the Endeavour, Power Surge, Air Race, Rotator, Flight School or Windstar attractions. Don’t forget to grab a bite to eat with the Tayto Argentinian Grill serving food from 7pm.
