Simon Cowell has finally popped the question to his partner Lauren Silverman after going public with their romance in 2013.
The 62 year old music mogul, who has always described himself as "not the marrying type", shocked Lauren by getting down on one knee as they holidayed in Barbados. The proposal was witnessed by their 7 year old son Eric and 16 year old Adam, who is Lauren's son from her first marriage. She was previously married to the property investor Andrew Silverman who was a friend of Simon's.
Simon says he knows he has found the woman of his dreams and couldn't be happier.
