'Sporty Spice' Mel C Takes To The George Stage For 'Thursty Thursdays'

Last night, Davina Devine Drag Jubilee took over The George nightclub in Dublin, which saw Spice Girl Melanie C perform in front hundreds of fans at the club.

Davina is undoubtely a pioneer, who has worked tirelessly to create a safe place for the LGBTQ community to both express and enjoy themselves, by spectating and performing drag.

20 years on from when Davina's began paving the way for the LGBTQ community in Ireland, and the George continues to thrive, welcoming new drag queens every week.

One of Ireland's most recognisable drag queens and cabaret show girls, Davina has performed all over Ireland and indeed worldwide since 2002.

She is a key headliner at Ireland's main LGBTQ venue, hosting several household names, including Samantha Mumba, Katie Price, The Saturdays, Kelis among others.
