Katie Price has launched a scathing attack on her ex husbands, Peter Andre, and Kieran Hayler, for their "lack of support" to her son, Harvey.

Former glamour model, Katie Price has launched a blistering attack on her ex-husbands, Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler over their “lack of support” of eldest son, Harvey. Spiling the beans in her new book, Harvey and Me, the reality star speaks on her frustration with her former partners.

Fair enough, Pete and Kieran weren't his biological dads, but Harvey called them both 'Daddy', and to him they were,” she writes. “I don't understand how you can be so full-on in a kid's life and then pretty much just not be involved anymore.”

Sharing 16-year-old Junior and Princess, 14, Peter and Katie had been married for four years before splitting in 2009. Peter remarried and now fathers two more children in 5-year-old Theo, and 7-year-old Amelia, with Emily MacDonagh.

Kieran had also been married to the former model for four years before their 2017 split, parenting 8-year-old Jett, and 7-year-old Bunny. He has since welcomed a baby son with his fiancée, Michelle Penticost.

Katie continued to write, “For almost the first six years of Harvey's life, he thought Pete was his dad. He grew up with Junior and Princess and we were a proper family unit. After it all went tits up, Harvey just couldn't understand why Pete wasn't around anymore. He's a very smart boy and he's obviously built that resentment against him.

You can't just pick and choose when you want to see him. You either see all the kids together, or you don't. At one point, they were both even going to adopt him, but that never happened.”

Harvey, 19, who is Katie's child with former footballer, Dwight Yorke, has Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism and blindness.

I may no longer be with Pete or Kieran, but I find it quite upsetting that they haven't shown more support for all the campaigns we've set up for Harvey over the past few years,” added Katie. “Whether you're in his life or not, you still know Harvey and what he's been through. It's not about me, it's about supporting Harvey and protecting Harvey.

For me, it just goes to show what kind of people they are. They don't have to be a father figure in his life, but it's easy to just send a tweet to show your support or share a petition. I've seen them promoting other charities and I'm like, 'Hang on a minute. You lived and breathed what Harvey went through, so why is it so hard to show some support?

As Katie reflects on her former husbands, she concludes that she does not want to “keep slagging Pete and Kieran off”. As the pair “share beautiful children” with the former model, Katie relinquishes her emotions against them, as they will “always be in my life”.

I can't fault either of them when it comes to the kids. They're both great dads. I just think it's a real shame that neither of them are involved in Harvey's life.

Seemingly forgiving her former husbands for their failings, all might not be how it seems with Katie’s claims. It has been recently reported that her ex, Peter has called upon his lawyers following her claims he “had no interest” in keeping contact with his former stepson.
