Bublé introduced Kermit the Frog as his duet partner on his special Michael Bublé's Christmas In The City

Arriving on stage, Kermit who was wearing a silver waistcoat and red tie, told the audience, "Merry Christmas everyone and Merry Christmas Michael".

Introducing his "childhood hero" Kermit the Frog, Michael Bublé told the audience, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I am so lucky to be joined tonight by someone I've admired my whole life".

"Please welcome the man, no wait, let's get the species right. The frog, the myth, the legend, Kermit the Frog".

The pair sang a duet "Jingle Bells".

It was at this point that Michael Bublé asked Kermit the Frog this, "Merry Christmas Kermit...isn't it great to be back in New York City?".

Kermit replied, "It sure is, it gives me a chance to do some Christmas shopping for Ms Piggy... what do you get for someone that wants everything?".

The Canadian singer added, "I actually met you when I was a kid and you look just as young now as you did all the way back then, what's your secret?".

Kermit added, "Oh, that's easy, I soak in pond scum every day".

He joked, "You have no idea what it's like to be asked to sing the same song, year after year".

On top of this, Bublé also performed a duet with British actress Hannah Waddingham and American singer-songwriter Leon Bridges.
