The Script kicked off the UK & Ireland leg of their Greatest Hits World Tour over the weekend playing a sold-out SSE Arena in Belfast on Saturday and Sunday night.

They've already toured the United States and they're off to Australia in September. The Script performed 18 songs and the crowd went wild.

Danny O'Donoghue told Trina Mara from Ireland's Classic Hits how for most of the people attending, it's their first concert since the lockdown in 2020.  He said "I love that we're the band that's catching the wave of everyone excited to be back out again.  I'm all about NO-vid - we're here to entertain and have a great night".

The Script have added a third and final date on Thursday 16th June at Dublin's 3Arena.  The shows on the 14th and 15th of June have sold out as has the 19th of June at Musgrave Park in Cork.
