Adam Levine from Maroon 5 has sold his California mansion for $51 million.

He bought it in 2018 from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for just under $32 million so has made a profit of $20 million in 4 years.

The house was built in the 1930s and was once owned by Gregory Peck and also Brian Grazer who produced the Russell Crowe film "A Beautiful Mind".  It's 9,000 square feet with a 4 bedroom guest house and a gym.

Adam had put it on the market with an asking price of $57 million.  It was sold by Westside Estate Agency whilst Ariana Grande's husband represented the buyer.
