Britney gets restraining order against ex-husband Jason Alexander

Britney Spears and her new husband Sam Asghari have gotten an emergency restraining order out against her first husband Jason Alexander.

She got married to her friend Jason back in 2004 but the marriage was annulled after just 55 hours.  Last week, he turned up at Britney's home to gatecrash her wedding saying she was his "first and only wife" whilst live streaming on Instagram.  Jason was arrested for trespassing, vandalism and two battery charges after getting rough with the security guards.  The venue was still being prepared ahead of the wedding so Britney wasn't present at the time.  

Her lawyer has said "there was an outrageous and disgraceful security breach and he hopes law enforcement will do everything possible to ensure that Mr.Alexander is fully and vigorously prosecuted and convicted for his criminal actions.
