Jeremy Renner Out Of Surgery Following Snow Plow Accident

Actor Jeremy Renner is out of surgery following a snow plow accident in Reno, Nevada yesterday.

This accident took place at Mt Ski-Rose Lake Tahoe, where Jeremy Renner has a residence. The area faced a major winter storm on New Year's day, causing 35,000 homes in the are to lose power. 

The accident which left the Hawkeye star with  “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries”, saw Renner airlifted to an intensive care unit, where he remained in a “critical but stable condition”, according to his publicist. It was also reported that Renner was the only person involved in the accident. 

“Jeremy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him … They are also tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans", Renner's representative Sam Mast said in a statement.
