Jon Bon Jovi has saved a woman from jumping off a bridge in Nashville, it has been reported.
This comes after the Metro Nashville police department confirmed that the musician "persuaded" a woman to “come off the ledge over the Cumberland River to safety”.
A video of this incident was shared by the police department online, showing Bon Jovi shooting a music video when he and his crew suddenly noticed the woman hanging off the Nashville bridge.
Bon Jovi then approached the woman, before convincing her to come away from the ledge and giving her a hug. This video was removed from YouTube due to "policy violations".
“It takes all of us to help keep each other safe", Police chief John Drake said in a statement.
