A passionate Cork hurling supporter is displaying serious confidence ahead of Sunday’s All-Ireland final.
Michael John Murphy, 37, recently got a striking tattoo on his forearm reading “Cork All Ireland Senior Hurling Champions 2025” at Skint Tattoo Studio in Passage West
According to the Irish Examiner, Murphy isn’t worried about future proofing his ink. “I won’t need to change it,” he declared. The studio’s owner, Darragh Murphy, even joked that if Cork don’t win, “the 2025 is an easy fix to 2026”
The tattoo reflects deep local pride, Murphy and his family are all season-ticket holders and will be watching the match from the Lower Cusack stand. With Cork chasing their first title in 20 years, this ink marks more than just fandom, it’s a heartfelt prediction.
