Wicked star Ariana Grande is making a move back to music and has announced a new tour for summer 2026 which will include a run of shows in North America and London.
However, while many Irish fans had been hoping to hear a Dublin date among the schedule, alas, they have been left disappointed as London is the closest show to us.
While the 32-year-old Grammy winner is best known for her hit songs Problem, 7 Rings and Thank U, Next, has recently been focusing on her acting career, notably playing Glinda in the two-part film adaptation of the musical Wicked alongside Brits Cynthia Erivo and Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey.

The Eternal Sunshine tour is named after her seventh studio album which Grande released in March 2024, with the deluxe version, along with a short film entitled Brighter Days Ahead, being released in March 2025
The singer shared the news on Instagram with a post illustrating the summer 2026 tour dates along with the simple caption: ‘See you next year.’
The summer tour will begin in June and take the pop star to venues mostly in North America including Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago and Montreal in Canada before wrapping up with five shows at London’s O2 arena in August.

While there will likely be some Irish fans who will make the pilgrimage to London to see the pop princess, many are heartbroken she hasn’t chosen Ireland as one of the stops for her tour (well, so far anyway).
