Dolly Parton has postponed her upcoming Las Vegas residency to next year over "health challenges".
The country music star has confirmed this news via social media, with her residency which was originally fixed for December, now being pushed back to 2026.
“As many of you know, I have been dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures", she wrote.
She continued: “As I joked with them, it must be time for my 100,000-mile check-up, although it’s not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon! In all seriousness, given this, I am not going to be able to rehearse and put together the show that I want you to see, and the show that you deserve to see. You pay good money to see me perform, and I want to be at my best for you.”While I’ll still be able to work on all of my projects from here in Nashville, I just need a little time to get show ready, as they say".
Despite this, Parton was quick to assure fans that she has no plans to retire.
“Don’t worry about me quittin’ the business because God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet. But, I believe He is telling me to slow down right now so I can be ready for more big adventures with all of you", she stated.
The singer revealed that her new dates will take place in 2026, and that all tickets purchased for the original shows remain valid. Refunds will also be available, with details to be emailed to ticketholders.
The rescheduled dates are as follows.

17 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 04, 2025)
19 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 06, 2025)
20 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 07, 2025)
23 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 10, 2025)
25 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 12, 2025)
26 – The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (previously December 13, 2025)
