Lady Gaga's recent show at Brazil's Copacabena Beach was attended by 2.5 million fans, setting the record for the largest crowd attendance for a female artist.

The 'Just Dance' singer performed a free concert at the Rio de Janeiro venue, a show which also stands as one of the biggest music events in modern history, setting yet another record in her career.

Next up, Lady Gaga will head over to Singapore ahead of the launch of The MAYHEM Ball, with her upcoming world tour seeing her perform across North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia. These shows will see her perform shows across Autumn and The Fall.

Lady Gaga's latest exploits at Copacabena Beach further cement her legacy as one of the most significant artists of her generation.

Back in January, Lady Gaga announced her latest album, Mayhem, the seventh released by the singer, which arrived on March 7. More on this story here.

Back in March, the singer also named Beatles icon John Lennon as her dream collaborator.

"I think it would have been John Lennon. I think he had such a beautiful heart, and I think that’s one of my favourite things in like the history of music is when you don’t just remember an artist for their music but you remember them for their heart", she said.

More on that here.
