Sabrina Carpenter finished off her 'Short N' Sweet' tour by "arresting Miss Piggy" and meeting Paul McCartney.
The singer played her final show from this huge tour at LA's Crypto.com Arena, which also saw her catch Beatles legend Paul McCartney, who was also playing a run of US tour dates of his own.
On social media, McCartney shared a series of images from the backstage area of his show, including a photo of himself and Carpenter, posing with his arm around her, as she smiles to the camera. You can check out more below.
Sharing on Instagram, Paul McCartney said this moment was one of the "highlights" of his huge 'Got Back' world tour with Carpenter calling this performance the "best show ever". See more on this here.
Elsewhere, Sabrina Carpenter also kept up her tour trend of "arresting" members of the audience for being "so beautiful it should be a crime", as she concluded her tour in LA last weekend (November 23).
This trend has been carried out during each live show by Carpenter, with previous famous recipients including Millie Bobby Brown, Gigi Hadid, Maya Rudolph, Emma Bunton, TWICE, SZA, as well as Elle and Dakota Fanning and more.
For her final show, Sabrina "arrested" The Muppets' Miss Piggy, with a little help from Bobo the Bear. Not very often you hear that sentence is it?
“I’d know that face anywhere,” Carpenter said, before asking: “Excuse me, what is your name?” “No one has prepared me for you being here, actually. Are you enjoying the show?”.
While she did say that she was "loving it", Miss Piggy did have some suggestions.
“You’re so funny, Miss Piggy, wow,” Carpenter replied. “You’re the only celebrity I get nervous to be around. I’m getting really flustered … We’ve arrested so many beautiful individuals and I feel like tonight is your night".
As Carpenter brought out the handcuffs, Bobo said that he would take care of business as he escorted Miss Piggy off the stage, adding: “I brought my own, thanks. Let’s go, Pig […] Tell it to the judge, sister".
This appearance of Miss Piggy comes as Sabrina Carpenter looks set to star and co executive produce a Disney+ remake of The Muppets Show. The Expresso singer is to co star alongside Seth Rogan.
