Dry And Sunny Day Predicted As Temperatures Set To To Surpass 20 Degrees This Week

Met Éireann have predicted a dry and sunny day, with temperatures to surpass 20 degrees later this week.

The national forecaster has said that today will remain dry with some sunshine, with highest temperatures to remain between 14 and 19 degrees, coolest near the north and west coasts, with a light and variable breeze.

Tonight is to remain dry with clear spells. Lowest temperatures are to stay between 5 and 10 degrees, with light and variable breezes.

Sunny spells look set to remain the order of the day for Wednesday, with some rain or drizzle developing in the west and northwest during the day, before moving to the north in the evening. Temperatures are set to remain between 14 and 19 degrees, with light southerly or variable breezes.

The evening is to remain largely dry with clear spells developing, with lowest temperatures staying between 7 and 10 degrees with light southerly breezes.

As for Thursday, sunny spells and dry weather is expected, with highest temperatures to stay between 17 and 20 degrees, with light southerly breezes. That evening, clear spells are predicted, lowest temperatures between 9 and 10 degrees in light southerly breezes.

Met Éireann have also forecasted sunny spells for Friday, with highest temperatures remaining between 17 and 21 degrees, with light southerly breezes. 

Friday night is to see temperatures remain between 8 and 10 degrees, staying mainly dry with light winds.

Saturday is to remain dry, with sunny spells, with temperatures reaching highs of 22 degrees inland with light winds. The national forecaster also added this: "Turning a little cooler again for the extended outlook period".
