A few days ago, Christy Moore announced a run of 11 shows at Vicar Street, with dates spread across November and December 2025, as well as February and March 2026, and tickets go out today at 10.am
The concerts will take place on: November 1, 9, 17 and 24; December 2, 8 and 15; February 18 and 26; and March 2 and 19.
Following his performance at The Marquee in Cork this past July, the legendary Irish folk singer has a string of other dates lined up in Galway, Sligo and Bundoran — all of which are already sold out.
Later this year, Moore is also expected to release an expanded edition of his Number 1 album A Terrible Beauty, first released in 2024 and named Best Folk Album of the Year by Hot Press.
Tickets for the Vicar Street concerts go on sale today at 10am via Ticketmaster.ie and in person at the Vicar Street box office. Prices are as follows: seats €65.70 / €63.70, and balcony standing €61. Tickets purchased at the venue box office will be available at face value.
