Woman Seriously Injured in Tipperary Hit-and-Run Involving Car and E-Bike

A woman in her 40s has been seriously injured following a hit-and-run collision involving a car and an e-bike in Co Tipperary.

The incident happened on the Fethard Road towards Killusty in Lisronagh, Co Tipperary, at approximately 2am on Saturday, 9 May.

The woman, who was riding the e-bike, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car failed to remain at the scene.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward. Anyone travelling on the Fethard Road between Fethard and Clonmel between 1.45am and 2.30am on 9 May who may have information is asked to contact gardaí.

Investigators are also seeking any camera footage, including dash-cam or mobile phone recordings.
