The 25-year-old has reportedly covered up the word “Dad”, which was previously part of an anchor tattoo on his right arm. The tribute has now been replaced with three small, nondescript shapes, following what is understood to be laser treatment.
The change was spotted when Brooklyn was photographed out in Los Angeles with his wife, Nicola Peltz, prompting renewed attention on the state of his relationship with his parents.
A source claimed: “Brooklyn’s had laser treatment on the writing. He wanted it gone.”
While neither Brooklyn nor David has commented publicly on the decision, the removal has been interpreted by some as symbolic, given recent reports of strain between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckham family.
Brooklyn has dozens of tattoos, many of them deeply personal. Over the years, he has inked tributes to both his parents and siblings, as well as multiple designs dedicated to Nicola Peltz, whom he married in 2022.
David Beckham has previously spoken proudly about Brooklyn’s tattoos, even revealing that some were inspired by his own extensive body art.
This major public feud exploded in January this year, Brooklyn Beckham broke silence on the alleged Beckham family rift saying he doesn't want to reconcile with his "controlling" and "performative" parents.
The 26 year old took to Instagram to reveal his truth and offered his explanation for the alleged rift with parents David and Victoria Beckham. He wrote: "I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private," he then continued to state that he does not want to "reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."
The eldest of the couple's four children accused them for trying to "ruin" his relationship with his wife Nicola Peltz.

The pair were married in 2022, and he revealed that David and Victoria were attempting to spoil his relationship before they were set to marry.
He disclosed that Victoria had cancelled his wife to be's dress- "in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress."
Brooklyn continued to explain that tensions had risen on the day of his wedding as he was called "evil" due to his decision to include his 'Nanny Sandra, and Nicola's Naunni' at their table, along with Victoria hijacking his first dance, he said: "In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead."
"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."

He later revealed in his post that his wife, Nicola, has been "consistently disrespected by my family" no matter how hard they try to come together, "my mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable."
Along with David only agreeing to meet with him if Nicola was not there, "when he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn't invited. It was a slap in the face. Later, when my family travelled to LA, they refused to see me at all."
Brooklyn exposed his family in this post by accusing them of valuing "public promotion and endorsements above all else," and that the "Brand Beckham comes first." He confirmed that since he has started to stick up for himself, he has received "endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders."
It is not just his parents that Brooklyn seems to be feuding with as he revealed that even his "brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this last summer."
It was recently revealed that Brooklyn asked his parents to only contact him through his lawyers following a heated family feud last Summer, according to reports. Read more on Classic Hits here.
