Bruce Springsteen Postpones Shows Due To 'Vocal Issues'

Bruce Springsteen has called off several upcoming shows due to "vocal issues".

The Boss confirmed this news via his official Instagram account, after he was forced to cancel a date in Marseille over the weekend.

Springsteen has recently been stunning audiences across Ireland, performing with Kilkenny, Cork and Dublin's Croke Park. These shows have even seen him perform covers including The Pogues' 'A Rainy Night In Soho' in honour of the late Shane MacGowan, which was hailed by the singer's widow Victoria Mary Clarke.

Check that out below.

Now, Springsteen has taken to Instagram to confirm the unfortunate news regarding postponing upcoming shows.

“Further examination and consulting has (sic) led doctors to determine that Bruce should not perform for the next 10 days”, a post read. “New dates for these shows will be announced shortly”.

“Those wishing a refund will be able to obtain it at their original point of purchase”, they continued. “Bruce is recuperating comfortably, and he and the E Street Band look forward to resuming their hugely successful European stadium tour on June 12 in Madrid at the magnificent Civitas Metropolitan”.

The Boss has confirmed that his stadium tour will resume on June 12.
