Football legend Jaap Stam was recently spotted living it up at an Irish castle with his wife Ellis.
Stam, a former Manchester United defender, was enamoured by the trip, having stayed at Barberstown Castle's Presidential Suite, which is located within the original 13th century tower of the castle for five nights.
The Presidential Suite is set across two floors, blending medieval character with modern indulgence. While downstairs, there is a sitting room, dining room, and bathroom with the original stone walls from the castle proudly stand on display.
Upstairs, you can find a four poster bed and luxury bathroom, including a standalone bath, his-and-her sinks and an oversized rainfall shower.
The Dutchman shared a series of snaps from this trip on social media, where he also thanks the "friendly and qualified" staff.
"If you are wondering how it feels to sleep in a castle, you need to go to this place!", Stam wrote.

Barberstown Castle is located in Straffan, Co Kildare, which was originally constructed in 1288, but has evolved over the centuries.
The property itself became the residence of one Eric Clapton from 1979 to 1987, when it soon became one of the most atmospheric and romantic castle hotels in Ireland. It is now owned by businesswoman, Amanda Torrens, who purchased it in 2021, before overseeing a series of renovations to the property.
Such renovations include the introduction of the Garden Lounge, a new social hub with dramatic vaulted ceilings, black and cream marble chequered flooring and bold artwork.
