We can only imagine Gwyneth Paltrow forking out for her daughter, Apple Martin, when Apple had her first cosmetic procedure at 18.

The treatment was a lip filler, and she discusses the work in a new GRWM video for Vogue magazine, set to make headlines worldwide.

In the video, Apple discusses having bad skin in college, like any other teenager, and how her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow, consulted every dermatologist and expert in her Goop empire to help her figure it out.

Apple also reveals some fun facts about her birth in the video. She says everyone thinks she's about five feet eight, but she's actually five feet ten (and a bit). When her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow, gave birth to her, she was the hospital's longest baby ever, measuring 2 feet long.

She also discusses her distinctive almond-shaped eyes and says that she didn't like them when she was young. She said, 'I used to hate, hate my eyes because people would make fun of me in elementary school and middle school, saying that I looked like Sid the Sloth, and now the internet does that for them.'

Apple admits she tried lip filler, but it wasn't for her, so she hasn't repeated the highly popular procedure.

She said, 'Time to come clean. I got lip filler one time. I think I got it when I was 18. I just thought that it was too big. But everyone seems to think that I have crazy lip filler. I just pout my lips a lot, and I put on a lot of lip liner.'

Mum Gwyneth Paltrow has previously admitted to using Botox and lasers, both successfully and unsuccessfully.

She recently had a blood-filtering treatment rumoured to cost in the region of €50,000 to help her rid her body of toxins like microplastics and heavy metals. That kind of leaves a little lip filler in the ha'penny place, really.
