Netflix has cancelled How To Get To Heaven From Belfast, confirming that the comedy-thriller will not return for a second season.
The eight-part series was released in February and follows three lifelong friends from Belfast who travel to Donegal for the funeral of the estranged fourth member of their friendship group.
What begins as a trip to say goodbye soon takes a strange turn when the women discover there are unanswered questions surrounding their friend's death.
They begin investigating themselves, turning into amateur detectives as they uncover secrets from their past.
The series was created by Lisa McGee, the Derry-born writer behind the hugely successful Derry Girls. It marked McGee's return to television following the end of Derry Girls in 2022.

How To Get To Heaven From Belfast was well received by critics, scoring 95% on Rotten Tomatoes.
According to Broadcast Now, the series also attracted an estimated 1.8 million viewers during its first seven days on Netflix, placing it among the UK's top ten shows during that period.
Despite the strong reviews and initial viewing figures, Netflix has confirmed to Broadcast Now that it will not be moving forward with a second season.
The series starred Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Roísín Gallagher and Sinéad Keenan as the three friends, with the cast also including Caoilfhionn Dunne, Peter Campion and Chris Walley.

The show was praised for combining dark comedy and mystery with themes of friendship, grief and getting older, while also featuring locations across Northern Ireland and Donegal.
At the time of writing, McGee and the principal cast have not publicly commented on the cancellation.
For now, the first and only season of How To Get To Heaven From Belfast remains available to watch on Netflix.
