Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have finalised their divorce.
This comes after court documents which were filed earlier this week, stated that the former couple have agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support. Neither party will pay child support, citing monthly income exceeds $100,000 each. The pair are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
The agreement also said that the former couple's teenage daughters will stay with Kidman for 306 days of the year, with Urban allowed access "every other weekend" with them.
Documents also said that all property, including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, personal items and vehicles will be divided by mutual agreement, with each person retaining what is currently in their possession.
It remains unclear of the pair had signed a prenuptial agreement.
At the hearing on Tuesday, Nicole Kidman had waived her right to appear in court, having just returned from Australia the previous day. The actress had spent her holidays day with her daughters.
This comes after the couple had announced their separation back in September after 19 years of marriage.
They had been reportedly living apart since the early Summer, after Urban had moved out of their family home in Nashville, Tennessee and had acquired his own residence.
TMZ and People Magazine had reported that Nicole Kidman had been opposed to the separation, and had been fighting to keep their marriage intact.
The former couple had married in June 2006, and share two teenage daughters, Faith Margaret, 14, and Sunday Rose, 17. Nicole Kidman also has two adopted children from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.
Back in October, Nicole Kidman had been spotted at the Chanel Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 collection during Paris Fashion Week, notably without her wedding ring. Urban has also been spotted without his wedding ring in the public eye. More on this story here.
