Netflix has confirmed that Bridgerton is to be renewed for seasons five and six.
The period romantic drama, which stars Irish actress Nicola Coughlan, will also see season four premiere in 2026. For this upcoming season, the storyline is set to focus on Benedict who is played by Luke Thompson, the somewhat offbeat second son. The series will also see newcomer Yerin Ha star as Sophie Baek.
Netflix had offered fans a sneak peak of this new series back in February. Check that out here.
"Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down - until he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother's masquerade ball", a logline for the series read. "While Benedict knows his love interest as only the Lady in Silver, she's actually Sophie, a resourceful maid with her own secrets and dreams".

New images from this upcoming season also see Nicola Coughlin's character Penelope reunite with Claudia Jessie's Eloise, as they are spotted walking around London, with showrunner Jess Brownell stating that they are "more bonded than ever".
"Their trials and tribulations last season have added new depth to their friendship, and we're excited for viewers to see how their relationship looks now that they’ve each grown up a little" Brownell added.
