S Club 7 To Honour Paul Cattermole At Reunion Tour

S Club 7's reunion tour will go ahead as planned, as they vow to honour their late bandmate Paul Cattermole when they take to the stage to perform.

Paul Cattermole was found dead at his home last Thursday, a day before his death was announced to the public, with the band understandably devastated by the news. He was 46 years old.

"We are truly devastated by the passing of our brother Paul. There are no words to describe the deep sadness and loss we all feel. We were so lucky to have had him in our lives and are thankful for the amazing memories we have", S Club 7's statement read.

"He will be so deeply missed by each and every one of us. We ask that you respect the privacy of his family and of the band at this time".

Cattermole was reportedly the first S Club 7 member to agree to the reunion tour, which was to see him line up on stage alongside Rachel Stevens, Hannah Spearritt, Tina Barrett, Bradley McIntosh, Jon Lee and Jo O'Meara.

"determined the tour must go on"

According to sources, S Club 7 have promised to honour Paul Cattermole, when they take to the stage for the 25th anniversary reunion tour.

"Paul was so excited, though he seemed awkward on the outside he was looking forward to reliving some of the old, happy times with the group", a source said.

The source continued, "That's why there are some members of S Club 7 who are determined the tour goes on. To them, it seems the perfect way to pay tribute to him".

The reunion tour will also see S Club 7 take to the stage at Dublin's 3Arena on October 16.
