While the 40-year-old didn't utter those infamous words, she found herself the third star to be voted out of the Australian jungle.
It came down to the wire on Monday, with Vogue against model Kelly Brook in the bottom two, but Vogue's time on I'm A Celeb came to an abrupt end when Ant and Dec delivered the news that she would be the one packing her bags and heading back to the UK.
'I would have loved nothing more than to have been there for her when she came out, and am sending so much love from Antarctica,' Spencer continued.
During her time in the Australian jungle, Vogue took on some particularly nasty trials. This included her chowing down on some pig's brain, emerging victorious in her first solo trial Wrecking Balls of Rage, and lest we forget the stomach-churning (literally!) Cocktails of Cruelty.
That pretty much cements her in the I'm A Celeb Hall of Fame in our eyes. Congratulations, Vogue!
