Taylor Swift has set a new Guinness World Record following her appearance on the New Heights podcast.
This two hour podcast show, which aired on August 13, generated a significant amount of interest, as it revealed that this show brought in 1.3 million viewers on YouTube, the most concurrent views for a podcast.
This episode which was also titled, Taylor Swift on Reclaiming Her Masters, Wrapping The Eras Tour, and The Life of a Showgirl, saw the Love Story singer announce that she would be releasing her twelfth studio album on October 3, as well as opening up about her relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce, her family, her record breaking Eras Tour, as well as her journey to reclaiming ownership of her music following the masters dispute.
It has been viewed by more than 21 million times on YouTube since.
News of this comes after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has announced their engagement, with with the NFL star's father Ed revealing that his son had proposed to Taylor two weeks earlier.
"He was going to put it off till this week. I think she was getting maybe a little antsy, but he was going to put her off till this week, to, you know, make some grand thing, to make it a big special event," Ed said. "And I told him repeatedly, you know, you could do it on the side of the road, do it any place that makes it a special event."
Announcing the news on social media, Swift wrote "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married". More on this here.
