Fine Gael TD Charlie Flanagan has congratulated Helen Flanagan, known for playing "Rosie Webster" in "Coronation Street" for many years, on the birth of her 3rd child, Charlie. The Laois/Offaly TD tweeted a photo of Helen holding her newborn. Now we are all left wondering, could they possibly be related?
