Una Healy has shared her "biggest regrets" as she celebrates six months of being sober.
The former Saturdays singer revealed this news, having quit the drink in May, which despite being difficult for her, she has stated that she does not miss hangovers.
On Instagram, the Tipperary native wrote: "6 months off the drink... my biggest regret is...".
"So far... none. A little update on my sober journey", she continued.
Healy added that she could be "full of regrets", but she decided to give alcohol the swerve.
"If you're sober curious, you won't regret it", she insisted, "It's never too late. One day at a time -- that's all we have".

Una Healy was not lacking in support from followers in the comments section, including one from podcaster, Mark Mehigan, who has been very candid about his own journey on sobriety, writing: "Legend, Una. You deserve every bit of freedom it brings. Keep doing. One day at a time".
Another person commented: "Well done, I'm seven years sober and I couldn't be happier".
"Your best decision by far", another added.
Prior to this, Una Healy had celebrated reaching five months sober.
Having celebrated this milestone with an ice cream cone, Healy wrote: "Those of you who know me know I've quit [alcohol], but I just said I'd put it out there because it's just easier when you're asked like: "What are you having to drink?".
She went on to admit that she can still "feel like you're missing out", but insisted that she doesn't miss hangovers or "feeling s***e" after a night out.
