On Thursday afternoon on The Niall Boylan Show: Niall Boylan discussed rent control and asked - Should landlords be allowed to charge whatever they want for rent? This comes as it is revealed that a 2 bedroom house in Lucan is up for rent for €2000 per month. Some people think rent has spiraled out of control and that the Government need to introduce real rent control. Others believe that landlords should be allowed to charge whatever rent they want to as they own the property. What are your thoughts on this subject?
