On Wednesday afternoon, Niall Boylan spoke to 26 year old Raisa Carolan. Raisa was born in Belarus in 1993 - 7 years after the Chernobyl disaster. Here she tells Niall how Chernobyl affected her and how she has been able to live her life to the fullest in Ireland since being adopted at the age of ten.
