On Wednesday afternoon, Niall Boylan discussed the controversy surrounding co-living accommodation. People before profit TD Richard Boyd Barrett is calling for the units to be abolished labeling them 'box rooms'. He said they do not solve the issue of the housing crisis. They have been compared to the bed sits of the 70s and 80s and are geared towards young, single workers or students.
