On Wednesday afternoon on The Niall Boylan Show - Should women be obliged to tell a potential employer if they are pregnant?
A listener got in touch and said he is an employer and a woman he hired for a job concealed her pregnancy. He thinks this is unfair on employers and can be costly for a small business. Others say it is discrimination not to hire a woman because she is pregnant. What do you think - Should a woman be obliged to tell a potential employer that she is pregnant?
