Paul Merriman chats to Trina Mara about the AskPaul Beginners Savings Challenge where you can save €1,378 this year by putting just €1 aside this week.
Each week of the year correlates with the amount you save so on week two you save €2, on week three you save €3 until you get to week 52 at the end of December where you'll save €52 that week. Some people also do this challenge in reverse so starting at €52 then working downwards until you save €1 in the last week of December.
