Louise Lennox is well-known as being the pastry chef in RTE's "The Restaurant" but is also a children's eating expert training in America under paediatric psychologist Dr.Kay Toomey whose internationally recognised fussy eating clinical programme helps children develop a healthy relationship with food. Louise works with families across Ireland helping to change children's eating habits. She chose Vivio Junior - a children's supplement, when her child became a problem eater.
