The "Thor" actor Chris Hemsworth is taking some time off acting after being told he is at a heightened risj of developing Alzheimer's disease.  He has two copies of the gene ApoE4, one from his mother and one from his father, making him 8 to 10 times more likely to develop the disease than those without both cpies of the gene .

So what preventative measures can we take against Alzeimher's? Trina Mara chats to Dr.Laura O'Philbin from the Alzeimher's Society of Ireland
