Harry Styles has cancelled an upcoming show at Copenhagan, following a mass shooting which took place at the venue.

This mass shooting took place inside the Field's mall, roughly 500 metres away from the Royal Arena.

A 22 year old Danish man took out a rifle and shot several people. According to reports, three people were shot dead, with another three critically injured. The deceased victims were described as a man in his 40s and two "young people". The culprit was apprehended by police and charged with manslaughter.

“a large investigation and a massive operational presence in Copenhagen until we can say with certainty [that] he was alone”", said Cophenhagen Police Inspector Soren Thomassen.

Following this, Harry Styles cancelled a show at the Danish venue (July 3) following this tragedy.

“We are looking into future possibilities for the show,” the former One Direction singer's statement read, “and hope to be able to give ticket buyers direct information as soon as possible".

Styles also added in a later social media post, “I’m heartbroken along with the people of Copenhagen. I adore this city. The people are so warm and full of love. I’m devastated for the victims, their families, and everyone hurting. I’m sorry we couldn’t be together. Please look after each other".

Styles' next show is set to take place in Paris tomorrow, as his 'Love On Tour' wraps up on July 31, in Portugal, Lisbon.
