Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have issued a joint statement in reaction to "scurrilous" allegations made by their former nanny.

The Hollywood couple announced their split at the end of 2020 after a 7 year relationship and two kids.

Their former nanny gave an interview to the Daily Mail claimed that she had found evidence of an affair between Olivia and Harry Styles on a phone and Sudeikis was so upset and shocked, he tried to throw himself at Olivia's car.  She claimed Jason was blindsided and broken hearted and eas crying a lot.  The nanny also claimed that he sacked her whilst in a drunken state.

In a joint statement, they've said "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly.  Her now 18 month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate apex.  We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone".
