Stradbally All Set As Electric Picnic Returns

Stradbally is all set, as seventy thousand revellers descent upon Electric Picnic this weekend.

While headline acts include Dermot Kennedy and Arctic Monkeys, the emphasis has been place on Irish acts, including the likes of Fontaines DC. While Gemma Dunleavy, The Academic, Denise Chalia, and the Coronas also feature on the bill. Other acts also include Salty Dog and Mindfield. 

Electric Picnic will be returning to the Irish events calender for the first time in 2 years, having been cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. 

Festival goers have been warned to arrive with their rain gear, as heavy rainfall has been predicted, with a Status Yellow Warning taking effect across the entire country from 9pm tomorrow.
