The Squid Game's director, writer and creator has confirmed that season two of Netflix's most successful show is on the way.
Speaking to AP News, creator Hwang Dong-hyuk had this to say, “There’s been so much pressure, so much demand, and so much love for a second season. So I almost feel like you leave us no choice. But, I will say that there will indeed be a second season".
Hwang also said that the second season of the show is “in the planning process currently”.
“It’s in my head right now", he added.

Netflix have yet to comment on this announcement.
