All programme content on Ireland's Classic Hits (news, talk, music, advertisements, etc) is regulated by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland and the various codes that are in place from time to time, including:

BAI Code of Programme Standards Open file
BAI General Communications Code Open file
Ireland's Classic Hits welcomes feedback and invites any listener to make an official written complaint if he or she reasonably feels that the station has broadcast material which breaches the codes. On receiving a valid complaint, this station will respond to the complainant within 21 days at the address supplied.
In the event that the complainant is not satisfied with the response the complainant is invited to refer the matter to the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI). A submission to the BAI should be made no later than 14 days following the receipt of the reply from Ireland's Classic Hits. Codes are available to view and download from the BAI web site
