Michael McIntyre Cancels World Tour Show After Undergoing Surgery

Michael McIntyre has cancelled a gig on his Macnificent world tour, due to undergoing a medical procedure.

The British comedian has been forced to cancel several shows from his tour recently, including shows in Plymouth and Nottingham last week.

“The show will be rescheduled to a later date to be announced soon. If you are unable to make the new date you will be entitled to a refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience”,

McIntyre was also forced to pull the plug on three nights at Nottingham's Motorpoint from Friday to Sunday last week. 

Confirming yesterday, the comedian's X account said that he was "unable to perform" at his show in Southampton this evening, as he has recently undergone a medical procedure.

"Unfortunately, Michael has had an operation to remove kidney stones,” read the post on X. “The show is due to be rescheduled, with those unable to make the new date entitled to a refund”, it revealed. “We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused”. 

Michael McIntyre is scheduled for shows in Newcastle, and Manchester, as well as London, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Belfast later this year.
