Gardaí Investigating Serious Assault In Kildare

It happened in the early hours of this morning.

A man in his 30s was attacked at his home in the Robertstown area.

Jonathan Byrne reports:

“A man in his 30s is said to be in a stable condition at Tallaght University Hospital this afternoon. 

The man, residing at a house in Father Murphy Park in Robertstown in County Kildare, was seriously assaulted this morning. 

The attack happened at approximately 2:30am and the scene has been preserved for a technical examination. 

Gardaí have no made arrests with investigations into the serious assault ongoing. 

They’re appealing to witnesses who may have been present in the area at the time of the incident to come forward.”
