Ed Sheeran surprised subway singer Mike Yung with a duet of the singer's track 'Eyes Closed'.

This impromptu duet shows Sheeran appearing behind subway singer, and former America's Got Talent contestant Mike Yung on the platform, before proceeding to sing along.

'Eyes Closed' is Sheeran's lead single from his upcoming album  ‘-‘, which is to arrive on May 5.

“You’re the man", an understandably surprised Yung can be heard telling Sheeran as the pair embrace. After they finished their performance, Yung then tells Sheeran that "Oh Wow! You have just made my day".

Sheeran later hands Yung tickets to his upcoming show in Brooklyn's Kings Theatre.

Check it out for yourselves below.

This is not the first time that Yung has covered an Ed Sheeran hit, with his 2017 cover of 'Thinking Out Loud' gaining 5.9 million YouTube views. He also reached the semi finals of season 12 of America's Got Talent.
